1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of fiber broadband and IPTV services by Charotar Telelink Pvt Ltd, operating under the brands Charotar Broadband and Charotar Digital IPTV ("we", "us", "our"), to any individual or entity ("you", "customer") who applies for, subscribes to, or uses our services. By submitting a connection request, signing a subscription form, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Service Area

Services are offered subject to technical feasibility at your address.
We currently serve customers across Gujarat, with coverage expanding periodically; feasibility is confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
A valid government-issued photo ID and address proof are required for KYC as per applicable telecom regulations.

3. Plans, Billing & Payment

Plan speeds, data limits, and pricing are as displayed on our Plans page at the time of subscription and are subject to change with prior notice.
All invoices are GST-compliant. Payment is due as per the billing cycle communicated at the time of activation.
Non-payment beyond the due date may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.
We accept UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and other payment modes as listed on our invoice/payment page.

4. Installation & Equipment

Installation timelines are indicative and may vary based on site conditions and local infrastructure availability.
Equipment (router/ONT/set-top box) provided remains the property of Charotar Telelink Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service.
Any damage to equipment due to customer negligence may be chargeable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to transmitting malicious content, infringing intellectual property, or engaging in activity that disrupts network integrity for other customers. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations, subject to applicable law.

6. Charotar Digital IPTV

Channel line-ups, OTT app availability, and bundled content are subject to change based on broadcaster and platform agreements.
Promotional/launch offers (such as free IPTV or OTT access with broadband) are offered for a limited period and may be modified or withdrawn with notice.

7. Service Availability & Liability

While we target 99.9% network uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, force majeure, or factors outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service by providing notice as per the applicable plan terms. Charotar Telelink Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the network.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Anand, Gujarat having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
